We offer a wide range of outsourced manufacturing services as part of our EDM² program, including printed circuit board assembly, box build, system integration, electronic and mechanical design services, prototyping and mock-ups, materials management, logistics and fulfillment. C-Vision's manufacturing facility is state of the art, and includes the latest in electronics manufacturing technology and processes. The facility is 55,000 square feet, and features ESD (electrostatic dissipative) epoxy flooring throughout, as well as complete climate control. A thorough ($ 1.7 million) facility modernization project was completed in late 2001. C-Vision recently upgraded its ISO certification to ISO 9001:2000 (certified by BSI). We recognize that we must continually upgrade our equipment and technology in order to offer our customers the ultimate in quality and service. For example, we now offer BGA (ball grid array) placement, X-Ray inspection and re-work. Our utmost concern is in providing an end-to-end solution to our customers. In 2002, C-Vision unveiled the EDM² program. The EDM² program (Express, Design, Manufacturing and Management) provides our customers with seamless, end-to-end solutions from concept to completion - or any stage in between. The C-Vision team consists of individuals with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. All factory floor personnel are trained in the latest IPC standards for workmanship, as well as our ISO program. Ongoing education is provided through a partnership with a local community college, as well as other internal and external sources. Our staff is committed to providing creative, cost effective solutions to our customers' requirements.
